POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Ticketing Policies:

  • Discounts are not available for Premium Seating, unless otherwise stated. 

  • Discounts are not retroactive and may not be combined with any other discounts.

  • All tickets are non-refundable.  Tickets may be exchanged for different dates "only if new tickets of equal value are available and only if the Box Office is given at least 48 hours notice." A $3 service fee will be charged for each ticket successfully exchanged.

  • Once purchased, all tickets are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. 

  • Children are always welcome at SMT and although we make every effort to make our shows family friendly, you may consider the content of some of our plays unsuitable for your children.  Please familiarize yourself with the plays before ordering tickets. 

  • Tickets will not be refunded if you find the play inappropriate.

Broadway Inclement Weather Policy

  • If a Broadway performance is canceled prior to intermission patrons may:

  • Receive the value of their tickets on an exchange certificate which works like a gift certificate and is valid for any StarlightMT performance in the next 12 months.

  • Exchange their tickets directly to another performance of the same show.

  • If a performance is canceled after intermission, exchange options will be determined at Starlight's sole discretion. Notification will be sent via email.

Non-weather-related Cancelations

If a Broadway Show is canceled prior to intermission  for non-weather-related reasons patrons have the following options:

  • Receive the value of their tickets on an exchange certificate which works like a gift certificate and is valid for any StarlightMT performance in the next 12 months.

  • Exchange their tickets directly to another performance of the same show.

  • Donate the value of their tickets back to StarlightMT as a gift.


Refunds may be issued for non-weather-related cancelations at Starlight's sole discretion. Handling, processing, and delivery fees are retained by StarlightMT.

THIRD PARTY TRANSACTIONS – eBay, Craigslist, Ticket Brokers, etc.

StarlightMT strongly recommends that tickets be purchased only directly from StarlightMT (in person, over the phone or at www.starlightmt.com). StarlightMT is not responsible for the validity of tickets, or prices paid, for tickets purchased through third party sources such as eBay, Craigslist, ticket brokers or others. StarlightMT reserves the right to not honor tickets purchased from third party sources which are determined, in Starlight's sole opinion, to have been altered, duplicated or counterfeited. StarlightMT also reserves the right to cancel any ticket which, in Starlight's sole opinion, was purchased with the intent of reselling the ticket at a price higher than what StarlightMT charges. StarlightMT reserves the right to cancel any voucher (including tickets issued as the result of redeeming a voucher) if it is determined, in StarlightMT sole opinion, that the voucher was resold.


Dog Policies:

  • Only service animals are permitted in the theatre for the safety of our employees and patrons. (Service animals must have proof of certification)

  • Pets must remain on a leash or in a pen at all times in the campground.

  • It is the your responsibility to clean up after your pets.


Other Policies:

  • No outside food or beverage is allowed in the theatre.

  • Motorized vehicles, including offroad vehicles, are to be ridden on roads only with a max speed of 5MPH.

StarlightMT retains the right to change these policies at any time for any reason.
