POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Ticketing Policies:

  • Discounts are not available for Premium Seating, unless otherwise stated. 

  • Discounts are not retroactive and may not be combined with any other discounts.

  • All tickets are non-refundable.  Tickets may be exchanged for different dates "only if new tickets of equal value are available and only if the Box Office is given at least 48 hours notice." A $3 service fee will be charged for each ticket successfully exchanged.  Once purchased, all tickets are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. 

  • To be eligible for a discount, you must call the box office to place your order (208)462-5523.

  • All tickets purchased by phone, through the SMT Box Office, will be placed in will call for guests to pick up upon arrival.


Rain Policies:

  • In the event that rain is in the forecast "the show must go on." Please bring rain gear and umbrellas. In case of lightning or heavy rain, the performance will be held for 30 minutes.  At that time, if the show is canceled, rain checks will be issued to all valid ticket holders.  If the show is canceled after intermission, no rain checks will be issued.


Dog Policies:

  • Only service animals are permitted in the theatre for the safety of our employees and patrons. (Service animals must have proof of certification)

  • They must remain on a leash at all times.

  • It is the pet owners responsibility to clean up after their pets.


Other Policies:

  • No outside food or beverage is allowed in the theatre.

  • Children are always welcome at SMT and although we make every effort to make our shows family friendly, you may consider the content of some of our plays unsuitable for your children.  Please familiarize yourself with the plays before ordering tickets. 

  • Tickets will not be refunded if you find the play inappropriate.
